Your journey begins with an early morning departure from Cairo. After a 2-hour drive, we arrive at Fayoum Oasis, where our 4×4 vehicles await to take us into the heart of the desert.
We start by exploring the unique Melons Valley, followed by a visit to the world-famous Wadi El Hitan (Valley of the Whales) — a UNESCO World Heritage Site that showcases fossilized whale skeletons and a fascinating fossil & climate change museum.
Next, we head to the beautiful Wadi El Rayan, home to Egypt’s only waterfalls, flanked by both saltwater and freshwater lakes. After soaking in the scenery, we continue on to the charming Tunis Village, known for its traditional pottery and relaxed countryside vibe.
Enjoy a delicious lunch in the village, then stroll through local ceramics workshops and handicraft studios. By the end of the day, we head to our hotel or eco-lodge for dinner and a peaceful overnight stay surrounded by nature.
Wake up to the calm of the oasis and enjoy a relaxing breakfast. After check-out, we begin our drive back to Cairo, arriving by early afternoon.
